The Roof Is The New Garage

I responded to a survey from SEMICON West. One of their questions was if I would recommend it (I rated likelihood a 10.) What I wrote:

Tremendous amount to learn and money to save. I think the roof is the new garage. Families – dads & moms and their little ones – will be collaborating on energy solutions AND transport solutions, based on what I saw there.

The body and the wafer are becoming two significant (of few essential) components to the vehicle of the future.

There’s generational and curricular opportunities for responsibility maintenance and teaching/learning. Parents can not only have the kids start at washing the car, then graduate to the wafer – or the other way around; there are even more intricate and sophisticated ways of devising a course of instruction for ones own family by transferring home energy needs to the grid created for a vehicle.
